Don’t walk in front of me I may not follow. Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it. Discouragement and failure are two of the surest stepping stones to success. If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door. Entrepreneurs are great at dealing with uncertainty and also very good at minimizing risk. Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough. You must do the things you think you cannot do. Don’t be pushed around by the fears in your mind. You learn more from failure than from success. Work hard in silence, let your success be the noise. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do. With an eye made quiet by the power of harmony, and the deep power of joy, we see into the life of things. Do not be lured by the need to be liked: better to be respected, even feared. The whole secret of a successful life is to find out what is one's destiny to do, and then do it.
To be the candle, or the mirror that reflects it. The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else’s highlight reel.
Most people overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in ten years. The fullness of life is only accessible in the present moment. Do not stop, do not linger in your journey, but strive for the mark set before you. It’s hard to beat a person who never gives up. Turning your back on the darkness didn’t mean the darkness would turn it’s back on you. The optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty. The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity.
